	Full Golf Membership shall include unlimited use of the golf course and related amenities and full use of all Club facilities including the tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool, dining areas and access to all social events and activities at Burningtree Country Club. This is transferable membership provided initiation fee was paid.
Intermediate Golf Membership is available to persons between the age of eighteen (18) and thirty-five (35). Intermediate Golf Membership shall include unlimited use of the golf course and related amenities and use of all Club facilities including the tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool, dining areas and access to all social events and activities at Burningtree Country Club.
	Social Membership shall include use of the Club facilities including the tennis courts, swimming pool, dining areas and access to all social events and activities at Burningtree Country Club. Burningtree is proud to offer a variety of menu selections and special events designed to please our members and make entertaining a pleasure.
Social/Fitness Membership shall include use of the Club facilities including the tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool, dining areas and access to all social events and activities at Burningtree Country Club. 	Non-Resident Golf Membership is available to anyone whose sole residence and primary place of business is not located in Cullman, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Morgan or Marshall County. Non-Resident Golf Membership shall include unlimited use of the golf course and related amenities and full use of all Club facilities including the tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool, dining areas and access to all social events and activities at Burningtree Country Club.
Corporate Membership is available in all categories of membership and shall include the privileges as stated above.
All membership initiation fees and charges are subject to applicable Alabama state sales tax. The Board of Governors must approve all applications. All golf memberships are subject to a monthly food minimum of $30.00. All social memberships are subject to a monthly food and beverage minimum of $40.00. All memberships are upgradeable by paying current initiation fee differences. Social members may play golf 2 times a year with applicable green and cart fees. Golf memberships have unlimited driving range use.
